A grand pair of Antique Edwardian drop earrings adorned with two large pear cut Amethysts with beautiful deep purple colouring. They weigh approx. 10ct each and are accompanied by three Pearls and a Peridot on top.
Together the colours of each stone show support for the women’s Suffragette movement which took place in the early 20th Century and symbolise; Violet for Loyalty, White for Purity and Green for Hope, or Give Women Votes!
Both are fashioned in 18ct Gold and dangle from long hook wires. They’re in excellent condition and boast a wonderful combination of coloured gemstones.
We recommend you insure for £2,300. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
